Wilhelm Schütz GmbH & Co. KG is a construction company in the Rhine-Main region (Hesse). For our Weilburg site, we are looking for motivated trainees who want to put their full energy into our road construction and civil engineering projects. Excellent instructors and regular learning units in a specialised training centre ensure that a solid foundation is laid in theory and practice for your career in the construction industry.

Why become a road builder?
Although working as a road builder might not be the right career choice for couch potatoes, it does have some tangible advantages compared to other apprenticeships: In the construction industry you earn very good money and at the same time you can do something for your body in the fresh air. In addition, you can expect a familiar working environment with colleagues who always stand by your side and never let you down. Through the handling of different tools, building materials and machines, there are always new tasks that lighten up the daily routine.
