Investment, growth and team spirit<\/b><\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text css=””]This year’s works meeting of Wilhelm Sch\u00fctz GmbH & Co KG took place on 17 January 2025. Managing Director Maximilian Sch\u00fctz and Works Council Chairman Frank Br\u00fcckel welcomed the workforce to look back on the past year and provide an outlook for 2025. Despite challenging market conditions, Wilhelm Sch\u00fctz had a successful year in 2024. Particularly noteworthy are the increased cooperation with international clients, the acceptance of new patents and the exceptionally high production output of the asphalt mixing plant. We owe these successes to the commitment and innovative strength of our team.<\/p>\n

The company is looking to 2025 with confidence. Thanks to long-term orders with larger volumes and projects for private clients, the order structure has been further diversified. In order to meet the increased requirements, Wilhelm Sch\u00fctz is focussing on targeted investments in machinery. The planned investment volume is at the same high level as in previous years and ensures the company’s technological competitiveness. There will also be increased investment in internal training and the targeted recruitment of personnel for specialised machines.<\/p>\n

New acquisitions have also been ordered for 2025, including<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Another key topic at the works meeting was ideas management. Maximilian Sch\u00fctz appealed to all employees to actively report weaknesses and make suggestions for improvement. The company attaches great importance to involving the team in innovation processes. A special thank you also went to the drivers of the winter service, whose commitment makes a significant contribution to the company’s ability to operate during the cold months. In a festive ceremony, long-standing employees were honoured for their loyalty to the company. Particularly noteworthy were the honours for 25 years of service, which were recognised with a certificate from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and a 13th month’s salary.<\/p>\n

    The works meeting ended with a clear signal: Wilhelm Sch\u00fctz is entering 2025 in a stronger position. With a solid order backlog, targeted investments and a committed team, all signs point to further growth and sustainable company development.
