The best training is on-the-job!
We are always on the lookout for motivated junior staff who are interested in a job in the construction industry and would like to support us in our work. We were all the more delighted when 14 students from the Friedrich-Dessauer-Schule visited us at the end of February to get an impression of our training as road builders. Our employees Christoph Brühl and Semih Süer introduced them to the company and gave an insight into the training process. They also discussed additional support measures of our company, such as the accompaniment of special projects, a free exam preparation as well as the support for obtaining the truck driving license.
After Christoph and Semih presented the students with video material on projects of the Schütz Construction, they went to a live demonstration on the building yard and to the workshop. There the junior staff of tomorrow visited various construction machines and vehicles. But that’s not all: The guests were also allowed to take a seat in the driver’s cab of a truck or a large construction machine. Of course, this provided a lot of motivation!
